Business in the Time of COVID

As with pretty much every other small business in the world, the outbreak of COVID-19 in early March has forced us to be creative and resourceful in order to maintain some income and continue to pay rent. My job has shifted from 1 on 1 customer service in person, to spending most of my day on my phone and on the computer, constantly checking messages from Instagram, Facebook, text, and email, while trying in my free time to get our most important products onto our online store.
