All yarns can be returned with receipt if they are still in the original label and have not been wound.

Equipment can be returned with receipt.

Unspun fibre, cones, and needles are final sale.

What is your shipping policy?

$20 shipping anywhere in Canada. Shipping takes 3-5 business days.

We do not ship to the U.S. or internationally at this time.

Knotty by Nature is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible; it is up seven stairs. We welcome folks with mobility disabilities to call us before visiting so that we can assist you with access, either through support getting up the stairs or personalized shopping.

We want Knotty by Nature to feel welcoming to all, so we encourage you to ask us for what you need! We are happy to dim the lights, turn the music down or off, or provide private shopping options to make it a more sensory-friendly experience.

Due to the nature of the fibres we stock and the age of the building we are in, there is dust in the air. We also have a cat mascot, Sokka, who is frequently wandering the shop.
