I understand that to participate in Fibrations, I am required to contribute a raffle prize.

I agree that I will not undercut other sellers by offering below market prices on products

I understand that submitting this form does not guarantee my registration in Fibrations. If I am not accepted as a vendor, my registration deposit will be refunded.

I understand that I will not receive a refund for my table if I cancel after June 1st, 2026.

Payment for Vendor Table

We offer a sliding scale option for vendor tables to ensure that vendors from a variety of backgrounds can participate. If you are consistently able to pay your bills, go on vacations, purchase luxury items, order delivery, etc., please contribute an amount that is comparable to general table registration at a market.

If you self-identify as low-income, disabled, or part of a community that experiences marginalization, please contribute what you are able to pay.
