Intro to Tapestry Weaving on Frame Loom

Service Description

In this 3-hr workshop, students will learn the basics of tapestry weaving with one of our experts, from warping your frame loom to mounting it and everything in between! You will leave this class with a finished wall hanging of your own design. Looms and materials will be provided. Accessibility Information: Weaving requires significant hand and wrist movement. We provide needles of varying sizes to support students with joint mobility challenges as needed. Please reach out to us in advance if you are a wheelchair user so we can ensure you are able to access the space. We will be working with wool and cotton in a space where there is a resident shop cat. If you have allergies, please let us know.
